Description: BRAZILIANITE: Telirio Mine, Linopolis, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Dimensions: 4.4 x 3.1 x 1.8cm, miniature. This beautiful miniature features several significant, bright, distinctive green-yellow crystals with the largest one measuring 4.4cm in length and 2.2cm across and its adjacent, very gemmy sidecar crystal 1.5 x 1.0cm. There are five smaller crystals in a cluster on one side of the piece that vary in length between 0.5 and 1.9cm and are associated with a small, yellowish Muscovite crystal. All of the Brazilianites on this piece have translucent interiors and gemmy, chisel-point terminations. They are all terminated on at least one end. The piece is very colorful, bright, and lustrous. The big Brazilianite crystal stands straight up and those in the small cluster are randomly oriented. The piece displays nicely from either side. There is contacting on the bottom where it was probably attached to other Brazilianite crystals in the pocket. Buyer pays USPS Priority Mail shipping and any sales tax.
