Geivett was born in Missouri in 1933, but lived in Colorado most of his adult life. He did pen/ink drawings of many Colorado subjects and marketed them through his studio "GeeGee Studios". Later on, he began doing drawings of locations during his travels. A truly talented man with a winning personality, Geivett died in Florida in 2013.
