There is no exception to this and charges will be made in line with Royal Mail pricing. All Lots over 2KG generally will be sent via courier in the UK with carriers such as UPS, DPD etc. For overseas generally parcels to the weight of 3Kg are cheaper with Royal Mail. Thereafter courier. We add approximately 20p to the cost of postage, which assists us with the cost of packaging. All stamp lots will be sent securely packed with card to protect them. If you are not satisfied, please give us the opportunity to rectify any problems by contacting us in the first instance, before opening cases, as this can be time consuming for both parties.
