Description: Postcard - Gaylord in 1902, Main Street. A real photo postcard of Gaylord, Michigan showing the town in winter with snow on the ground. There are many horse drawn sleds. Many business signs can be seen including Geo. F. Qua Clothing and Shoes, L. A. Stevenson Jeweler and Optician, Cooks Dry Good House, City Drug Store, Patterson Millinery. The AZO in the stamp box on the back side dates the postcard publication to 1918 or earlier. A wonderful view of the town in winter time. Fine condition, small crease at lower right corner area, light corner tip wear, some small spots and light scuffs. Overall a nice postcard.
