It may have surface noise that is on par with the audio for a significant duration, may have jumps, possibility of other non-audio noises. Labels may have very noticeable flaws & scuffs. Record may have some chips to the outer dead wax, there may be very noticeable blemishes / scuffs / hairlines on the record itself. Sleeve may have very noticeable flaws, which may be significant. All of these things may be at the same time.
