Description: Garrett Master Hunter BFO Vintage Metal Detector - Clean - For Parts or Repair Unit is in overall very clean condition. See pictures. Note unit includes ONLY the pictured small coil. Tested with 3 x 9v batteries (not included) and the battery meter works for both 1 & 2 (meter moves accordingly when testing the battery) but I was unable to get a metal reading at all. Speaker seems to work as I can hear a click when the unit is powered on. Also tried testing with headphones and same result, only a click when unit is switched on but no metal reading. Battery compartment is clean, no rust or corrosion at all. Also note missing "Tuning" knob. This item is being sold in AS-IS condition for parts or repair. No refunds no returns.
