You do not need any special hardware, just use what came with your camera. The cover has also helped in cutting down on the sun glare in the pictures. You invest a lot of money in your game camera so why not help protect it with a cover. If you live in area with snow, this will help protect your camera, instead of snow sitting on your camera it will be on the cover. Whatever the weather trailcamcover will protect your camera. TrailCam Cover fits any trail camera or game camera that is 5" wide or less, and lasts season after season. No hardware needed just use the straps from your camera. If you prefer to use the bottom mount, the trailcamcover will still work for you. We have included a few pictures of this, you use zip ties and then tree mounts. If you have a wireless or cellular camera you can use this cover. It can be modified. This cover will not interfere with cellular reception. While cameras state they are water resistant or waterproof, we have learned the hard way that it is not a foolproof system. So add a layer of protection to your camera!!!
