The device is designed for performing galvanization and electrophoresis procedures with medicinal substances in medical and wellness facilities of various profiles, based on the recommendation (under the supervision) of a doctor. The device consists of a control unit housed in a plastic case and a set of current leads for connecting therapeutic physiotherapy electrodes of different types. The device provides digital indication of the current in the patient’s circuit during the procedure and indicates the remaining time until the end of the procedure. It ensures electronic stabilization of the current strength in the patient’s circuit during the procedure. After the set procedure time has elapsed, the device automatically terminates the procedure with an audible signal and smoothly reduces the current in the patient’s circuit to zero over 5 seconds. The device uses a current strength regulator – the current is automatically set to zero when the device is turned on. The device includes a built-in timer, with the procedure time set using the "SET" buttons (up to 60 minutes). After the set time interval expires, the procedure stops automatically. If the time interval is not set, the procedure cannot be started. During the procedure, changes in skin resistance, drying of hydrophilic pads under the electrodes, or other reasons may cause deviations in the current from the set value.
