The shaft is in pretty good condition with normal/heavy bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrapes marks, some longer scrapes/scratches, what tooks like excess epoxy near the tip, and scratches. The shaft has a nice, but dirty, black/gold/white Golf Pride Z-grip. The shaft is just about 42 3/8" inches so it should play just about 43.5" inches with your Callaway fairway head.
