Description: This is a rare hand tooled leather book , From Dark to Dawn, copyright 1880. In very good condition for the age of the book! I really haven’t messed with it much, these old books are fragile and I don’t want to damage it. I did photograph the inside copyright page and gently looked for items that didn’t belong in the book . From what I find on line, this book illustrates and talks about night scenes like Jacob wrestling with God. Jesus in The Garden ofGethsemane ect. The book is a beautiful book and would in my opinion be a nice addition to a collection of religious books. My husband and I are antique dealers and have done this for a long time and know condition is everything in old books, but we do not specialize in books. There are a couple of issues on the cover, see the spine pictures, 4 and 5. Also look at the pictures of the inside cover as well picture 6. Overall the condition is very good in my opinion but I am not an expert. I am listing the book with priority mail, but I will use media mail if you request it, it is somewhat cheaper. The book will be well packaged and insured. Hope you love it!!
