Description: Nice older original patch from the French Air Force GE 319 flight training group. This group flew the Marcel Dassault MD 312 Flamant aircraft, a twin engine transport aircraft used by the French Transport Aviation School from around 1952-1983. From my understanding it appears the 319 training group was formed in 1965, and this patch would be for the 1st squadron or 1st flight of the group. This looks to be an early class patch for the squadron, likely from the 1960s or early 1970s. Photographed in natural daylight. Photos may not accurately represent actual colors.
