It is in GOOD condition overall with signs of stress and wear consistent with age and time in storage. I have no way to rewind or test the cassette since I do not own a VCR, but I have been assured that it plays with no issue. The plastic cover has seen better days and has been crushed a bit here and there. Please examine ALL photos carefully for detail or any other flaws.
