Description: Very pretty books, interesting story. Gibbons, if you recall, was the artist for The Watchmen and he's improved since then. These are all HIGH grade. The characteristics of a VERY FINE to NEAR MINT books may include some of these defects. Some of the above defects along with a small fold or crease in the cover.Very few stress marks on spine.A few small chips on the coverThe cover has some slight surface wear but still has its original gloss and there is nothing major wrong with it. Overall an exceptional, still very collectible. I would put these books at the top of that range, but please, look at the photos and judge for yourself. Three notes, as always: 1) Despite this being an overused phrase, "I am not a professional grader" tho i do my best. I love comics and the people who love comics... so if i see something, i will point it out to you. Please look at photos, that's why they're there :) 2) All comics bagged and boarded (even if they weren't that way when i GOT them .) 3) If you get more than one comic/batch at a time, assuming they're only a few days apart, i will combine shipping (after you pay) and refund you the difference, often down to the penny.
