I am pretty certain that these came from Franco-American and were a mail in offer(I have seen the same patches and paperwork from 1988 to think they are Franco-American). This lot does differ from the offer in 1988 - four of the patches are different and instead of USSR it is Russia. If you have any questions or need more photos - just ask.
