Foundations - Build Me Up Buttercup / New Direction - 1968 45 - Uni 55101

Description: This is a very nice copy of the 1968 45 RPM vinyl single "Build Me Up Buttercup" b/w "New Direction" by The Foundation. Uni 55101. Purchased new by my Dad when it came out and in our possession since. Record is in very nice condition. I have listen tested this 45, as I do every piece of vinyl I offer, and I try to be conservative, but using Goldmine standards I will rate the vinyl as VG, borderline VG+. Sleeve has a staple hole in one corner, but I'll rate it VG+ overall. It's 56 years old and could certainly benefit from a deep cleaning, but you won't be disappointed by the listening experience. It's not a perfect copy, but the sound quality is good and it's a visually pleasing record that looks great on any shelf. In my family for decades, and now ready to join your collection for your listening pleasure! The photos are of the very 45 you are bidding on, not a "similar" item.
