The height, length and thickness of characters is the same as the original etched logo on the stainless steel panels (two front fenders and top of tailgate). The decals are made of high performace german vinyl (Oracal 751 series) not the cheaper intermediate vinyl (Oracal 651 series). We take pride in our craftmanship, we exclusively manufacture using our latest generation Graphtec plotter, that is properly calibrated for the vinyl we use. The edges are sharp and clean. With the premium equipment we have, we don't need to make the lettering thicker (unlike several competitors). The decals come pre-transfer taped for your convenience, with transparent transfer tape that has guidelines for easier positioning.All packages undergo to manual quality control before they leave our warehouse. The order ships in a padded envelope, using USPS. Ground advantage is free of charge and we also offer the ability to upgrade to Priority Mail.
