Description: The blue light stays on but nothing shows up on either screen. I just opened this up and the top connector wasn't connected. I plugged it in and it still showed the same symptoms. I honestly don't know. I turned the volume all the way up and don't hear anything. Not sure what this issue is. There's no backlight when powered on either. No sd card included.
