Red, green, yellow, and brown has been used to highlight certain areas of the floral design. "Norge" decorates the rim of the plate. The back of the plate has been marked with what I believe to say "Prgdkunst". If someone knows different, I would love to hear from you. The plate is not perfectly round and is about 10 1/4" across.
