Description: this is a really neat old quilt. i absolutely love it. the use of the red fabric with thin black stripes facing all directions makes it got me. I believe it to be from the last quarter of the 19th century. it has some lovingly applied totally wrong fabric patches! : ) they probably used what they had so the blanket still had you in it. there are also still a few worn fabric pieces. I tried to picture. great folk art! still looks nice! it measures approximately 72" x 67". I take pictures of each quadrant so you can zoom up and see all.
