Regardless of settings, the pull in to power up bar allows you to continuously adjust pull/lift while riding; and letting go of the bar completely de-powers the kite, causing it to gently float backwards to the ground. Additionally, in an emergency, you can pull the safety, detaching the chicken loop and you from the kite. Kite is great for land, water and snow, with or without a board.
