(The Original Broadway production opened February 1st, 1926 at New York's Martin Beck Theatre and transferred in July 1926 to the Sam S. Shubert Theatre where it closed for a summer hiatus on July 31st, 1926 after 206 performances. The production returned on September 6th, 1926 to Chanin's 46th Street Theatre for an additional 121 performances.) .....
