This listing is for a plug-n-play fuel pump rewire kit that will increase voltage to your fuel pump which will allow your pump to flow significantly more. In testing we have seen a 1.5v increase from installing this kit. See this auction's pictures for the difference the voltage has on fuel flow. This kit plugs into the factory connector in the hatch area and then wires directly to the fuel pump to bypass the factory pump cover connector. You will drill a hole in the factory pump cover and use the provided connector to run the wires to the pump like the picture on this listing. You then connect the provided power and ground wires which will feed the relay and increase the fuel pump's voltage versus the factory wiring. The feed for the relay is thick 10 gauge wire and the fuel pump is supplied with 12 gauge power and ground wires. The fuel pump cover has screws that rust and strip out from the factory and this kit comes with new stainless bolts to replace those screws. See below for install video. Let me know if your battery is in the rear and I can make the power wire the correct length for you so you won't have to modify the harness. The factory wiring uses a fuel pump resistor box that switches the pump from 9v at low RPM to 12v at higher RPM. This rewire kit bypasses that resistor box and supplies the fuel pump with battery voltage at all times. This kit is not recommended for stock ECU as you might need to pull some fuel from idle or low RPM areas of your fueling map since your pump is now receiving more voltage and flowing more fuel. If you are using a stock fuel pump, a Walbro 255lph pump, or OEM MKIV Supra TT pump 300lph then you can use our other kit that keeps the factory pump cover connector. If you are using a fuel pump that is larger than that, you will want to use this kit and run wires straight to the pump. The factory connector on the pump cover has been known to have issues with large pumps that draw more amperage than a pump in the 250-300lph range.
