The plane's original japanning is 100% perfect. The knob & tote are in fine condition with a nice finish.The plane measures 9-1/4" L x 2-1/8" W. The cheeks & sole have no issues. The cutter has a Made in USA logo. It measures: 7-1/8" x 1-3/4" W. I always suggest sharpening cutter to get it back to an optimal cutting edge.
