Description: This "Festival de Mascaras de Hatillo" silkscreen commemorates an annual Puerto Rican town event held in December 1990. It's in good condition. It has two dark specs over the letter "s" in the word Festival, a 1 1/2 inch water stain in the middle of the left white border, a 4 inch water stain over the left white border (See photo) and a few pin-size spots on the lower white border (See photo). In the back, there's a thin brown glue mark that cannot be seen from the front (See photo). The piece is signed on the plate by artist B. Rosado.
