Supplying the classic tone of the JB Jr for neck pickup sound (when Sustainer is off). In the neck position, the JB Jr. will deliver a big, bold sound. Great for fat rhythm playing, or thick, searing solos, this pickup packs quite a punch. The 4-conductor lead wire gives you access to parallel and split wiring options for added versatility. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the JB Jr. for Strat pickups come with a ceramic magnet, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options and are wax potted for squeal free operation. You can use this assembly to replace the Sustainer driver already installed in your guitar, it is compatible with older Fernandes Sustainer systems. The Sustainer circuit board is required for the Sustainer driver to work. It will not produce any sound or sustain effect by itself.
