Description: 1971 Nasco Records ultra rare original! Prog/ Blues Rock Grail. This record is rare and so good! I apologize for the long description but I aim to represent this record as best as I can and want the new owner to know exactly what they’ll receive. This record was bought many years ago still sealed I carefully opened the shrink and listened to it twice and stored it carefully. The Record: This record has been VPI and Ultrasonically cleaned and I play tested it this morning at loud volume with headphones and it sounds absolutely amazing. Every track plays beautifully with zero surface noise, it’s almost unbelievable, every time a quiet part of a song came on I kept expecting a pop or surface noise to appear but it never did! The only thing I could pick up was on side two there are two tiny pressing bubbles in the pause between track 1 and two and they present with a very light thump at each one. (Sounding like the drummer touched the kick drum ever so lightly twice, I almost wouldn’t have picked up on it if I didn’t see the bubbles.) Both sides really do sound amazing, I couldn’t believe it. The vinyl is beautiful shinny black with only a few patches of light paper scuffs which again do not affect playback at all. The Cover: Still in clean tight shrink, with some puckering at corners. Front cover is clean and presents beautifully with just the slightest amount of discoloration on the right edge, no ugly hole punches or anything like that. Back cover has a patch of discoloration on the left edge and two lines of pen on the shrink wrap. All and all it’s in really good condition considering its age with four sharp corners and perfect seams and a great spine. Includes inner company sleeve!! Please ask any specific questions you have. Professional packaged with lightning fast shipping. These don’t show up often and not in this condition! This copy has only been played three times. On my system it sounded so good I don’t throw out the term excellent often but I believe it to be true. If not for the slight discoloration I’d say the sleeve was excellent also but consecutively call it VG+.
