This modified solar house number light features Red vinyl with Green LED lights in a distressed crackled black plastic frame measuring overall approximately 14.5" x 5.5" x 1". During the day, "Feliz Navidad" shows in clear white, while at night, the message shines in bright green from 5 LED lights. The light uses rechargeable Ni-Cad batteries. The light is made to be mounted with the enclosed yard stakes, but screw holes allow for easy attachment to other surfaces, as well as hanging by chain. For best results, it should be used in an area that gets full sun for several hours a day. The solar light turns on automatically, once the light fades in the evening. The lights are made by Gama Sonic, one of the solar industry leaders, but my modifications void the manufacturer's warranty. I test each light before shipping to assure proper operation.
