IE if you ask for a basic yellow gem and don't specify that it must be lemon yellow and that you didn't want golden yellow until after you've already gotten it, we are not responsible for these redos. Please be as specific as you need to be and we will make it happen, please don't tell us after the fact! However, if we read your order incorrectly, we will always (always!) remake/resend.You may have noticed that the price of our crystals has gone up... That's because our quality has gone up, too! We now take an extra step and on every crystal, which results in crystalline clarity and a smoother crystal.Still not sold on our shop? We understand that some other businesses target our crystals as being 'underfilled', but really this is just the unique shape of our mold, we do fill them to the top!I also understand that folks can be hesitant to place an order with a small business like mine, and our process on these crystals has come a long, long way since we first started. We can also send a quick pic of your crystal before it ships out upon request- to make super sure you like the end result!This is not a toy but rather, an art piece. While it is resistant to breakage by dropping, it is possible to chip it if you drop it on a very hard surface like concrete.Buyer note: THIS IS NOT A REAL CRYSTAL. Resin is lighter than stone. This is hand-mixed, hand-cast epoxy that was made to replicate the look of gems. We are not a 'rip-off' shop, we are a resin-centered shop! Do not test the items with a knife- You will damage them and end up with an un-usable item. We do not accept returns and refunds for buyers who don't read our descriptions and listing titles. We would sell real crystal items this big and clear and bright if we could- But unfortunately, this would result in a net loss. Nobody can sell them this big for this price. If you want a real crystal that is very large, please look to another small business. On the plus side, resin is much more hardy than some rocks and geodes on the market. All our resin items are glue-able, drillable, and sturdy thus more ideal for cosplay and craft needs.
