I am not currently able to accept returns and since each item is a “one of a kind” in my shop, I can’t exchange an item. I do try to clean up an item to the best of my ability but because some items require special care, they may be sold in their “original to me condition”! Again, ask questions before purchasing. If you do purchase something and it is received damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of item so that we can file a claim. I use recycled packing materials to ship items. This means that yes, your item may arrive in an Amazon box (or any other box) that I have saved for shipping! I ship primarily via USPS (Priority, or Ground advantage) for most items.
