FAR NIENTE 2008 OAKVILLE Chardonnay Wine Crate PANEL

Description: WINE CRATE END PANEL PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PANEL AND NOT A COMPLETE CRATE! FAR NIENTE established 1885 2008 ESTATE BOTTLED CHARDONNAY BEAUTIFUL FOR YOUR WINE CELLAR! I will have more panels in the future! Please keep joyous-treasures in your favorites! These panels would be great to make a table top (please see my table in my wine cellar!). Some people hang them on the wall and others make trays or cutting boards! You get 1 thick panel measuring about 12 1/8" X 7 1/8" and it is almost 3/4" thick. This is a perfect panel for a cutting board or cheese board! It reads Far Niente ESTABLISHED 1885 2008 ESTATE BOTTLED CHARDONNAY. Note all the FILL DATES have stamped dates that are different to each panel. The lettering is brown and has been burned into the wood. FAR NIENTE means "without a care". The winery was founded in 1885 and a bottle of 1886 Sweet Muscat was discovered in 1998 and may be California's oldest bottle of wine. There are nail holes on the ends from when it was assembled as a crate and it has some rough nicked and dinged edges. The backside has 2 routered out sections that held inserts in the crate that held the wine for transport. It is not a perfect science in breaking crates down into panels. PLEASE understand you are getting an end panel of a crate that has been broken down so the edges aren't perfect! You can cut it down to any size you require. Simply put a few coats of polyurethane over your finished product or butcher's oil if you are serving food on it! FAR NIENTE Picture 7303: This panel has light scratches and dings and some rough edges. FAR NIENTE Picture 7319: This panel has some dings and scratches as well as rough edges. There is the original white shipping sticker on the top right which should pull off rather easily. I pulled on the corner and it does remove, just forgot to remove for the picture. FAR NIENTE Picture 7483: This panel has a rough spot along the top edge measuring about 1". There are very few dings and scratches other than that one rough edge. FAR NIENTE Picture 7499: This panel has a couple of small dings along the top and bottom edge. There is a smudge near the right edge. FAR NIENTE Picture 7503: There is a light vertical scratch and a couple of light dings on this panel. FAR NIENTE Picture 7844: This panel has few dings and scratches. Some of the edges are rough. FAR NIENTE Picture 7908: This panel has a few dings and scratches. There are some rough edges and some gouges along the top left edge. FAR NIENTE Picture 7909: This panel has few dings and scratches. It has a couple of smudges and rough edges. FAR NIENTE Picture 7910: This panel has a few dings and scratches and rough edges. FAR NIENTE Picture 8201: This panel has a few light scratches, dings and rough edges. There are some smudges and a couple of gouges near the left top edge. FAR NIENTE Picture 8205: This panel has a few light scratches, dings and rough edges. FAR NIENTE Picture 8215: This panel has a few light scratches, dings, smudges and rough edges. FAR NIENTE Picture 8223: This panel has a few light scratches, dings and rough edges. There is a small 1" crack extending from knot hole on the left edge.
