This rubber compound has been widely used as high impact closed cell rubber padding in professional football helmets. It is professional quality, extremely light weight, stiff, and durable. This unique rubber material is just the right stiffness and can be flexed by hand to sand contours on automobiles. It tends to stay flexed or can be flattened.
