Description: So I acquired this really unique 1980 Wilton baby bullet bench vise and base combination. This came with this adjustable stand. Originally this ensemble had a really Fugly nylon mount underneath the swivel base. So I fully machined a new custom countered swivel sub-base that is traditionally joined by hot counter sunk riveting the tenon to the base . I also added a heavier, cold rolled contoured steel base. The jaws were replaced with professionally made replacements . Touched it all off with a nice temper band finish .I chose not to add any finish beyond this leaving that opportunity up to the next owner . The Vise itself has been fully stripped and is in excellent condition , You can leave it as is ,hot wax finish ,or paint if so desired. This is for the Wilton baby bullet collector who has everything ! Look closely at pictures .
