Description: This Listing is for an Extremely Rare Portfolio of Photographs Printed on Art Paper Created and Signed by the Celebrated Photographer DANNY CLINCH. This Limited Edition Portfolio features Black and White Prints Professionally Transferred to Art Paper by the Photographer himself in 2012. The Portfolio was created to give out to only a handful of VIPs who attended a New York City Gallery Show of his Work. The Inscription by Clinch was addressed to one of the VIPs who attended the show. The Portfolio is a Collection of Danny Clinch’s Favorite Photographs, many of which are alternative Versions of the Photos which would eventually be included in Clinch’s 2014 Book, “Still Moving.” Our own research leads us to believe that almost all of the Black and White Photograph Prints included in the Portfolio are not available for purchase, including even at Danny Clinch’s own Gallery in New Jersey. If they were available, each of the photograph prints would be selling for several hundreds dollars. The Portfolio measures 15” x 11 ½” inches. It contains 18 Black and White Prints spread over 20 pages. Any of the Prints can easily be extracted for Framing. The 5th Listing Picture is a mockup of what one of the Portfolio Photograph Prints could look like when framed. The Musical Artists in the Portfolio includes Bruce Springsteen, Eddie Vedder, Tom Waits, thePreservation Hall Jazz Band, Keith Richards, Jim James, and Chuck Berry. Artist Bio: DANNY CLINCH is one of the premiere photographers of the popular music scene. He has photographed and filmed a wide range of artists, from Johnny Cash to Tupac Shakur, from Bjork to Bruce Springsteen. In February 2016, Clinch was featured on 60 minutes. His work has appeared in publications such as Vanity Fair, Spin, Rolling Stone, GQ, Esquire, The New Yorker, and The New York Times Magazine, and his photographs have appeared on hundreds of album covers. Clinch has presented his work in numerous galleries and published three books: Discovery Inn (1998) and When the Iron Bird Flies (2000), and Still Moving (2014) with a forward by Bruce Springsteen and published by Abrams. As a director, Clinch has received 3 Grammy Award nominations: in 2005 for Bruce Springsteen’s Devils and Dust and in 2009 for John Mayer’s Where The Light Is and for the Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite collaboration short film called Get Up.
