Obviously hand made, but unique because some stars are hand stitched and some are machine stitched. Also, while there are 13 strips, the first and last are White. This is very uncommon because most flags are Red on top and bottom. Also, there are 8 stripes adjacent to the canton. Most flags have 7 stripes next to the blue.
