Extreme Venomverse #4 1st apps: Necroko, Flora, Venom-Noir

Barnstormers #1 - New Dark Horse mini written by Scott Snyder and If I'm not mistaken Tula Lotay on interiors I'd be getting this on those two names alone Captain Marvel: Dark Tempest #1- New series with some cool covers, although there's something not quite right about the Chew, I love the Rose Besch 1:200 but for my money the Hellfire Gala is affordable and lovely and I've heard this will actually be the costume going forward Clobberin' Time #5- What a revelation this mini has been, fantastic art, cool story, gruesome violence and hilariously funny. Please don't end at this issue!Edge of Spider-Verse #4 - One of the more intriguing Spider-Verse characters, Dream Spider gets their first solo story, I believe the creative team behind Deadly Neighbourhood Spider-Man are putting together a sequel of sorts so I can see why there's an appetite for this character as well as the dream spider-verse Knight Terrors (all titles) - this could be an interesting read for some of the books, I'm liking the idea of the Joker Tie-in as Rosenberg has a good handle on the character. I don't see much spec value to this so may be a read only. I will say that It's refreshing that DC will pause all their regular titles while this event takes place which makes sense from a story-perspective. The Batman issue has a really cool Puppeter Lee Variant and I'm getting the Knight Terrors Neon Ink variant, I would also recommend picking up some of the newer characters tie-ins: Ravager and Angel Breaker don't have many covers out there. One final thought is that it's fascinating to me to see DC exploring what an event could be like that (presumably) exists within the minds of it's main characters instead of the physical world of throw downs and massive fights Pink Elephant #1 - from one of my favourite publishers, Summerian are very much the thinking man's BOOM I also love the creative team behind this who really put on a mind-melting story every time Swan Songs #1 - a cool concept here with a series of stories about the end of...well various things life, the world, sentences?! Fan favourite Martin Simmonds is on art hereVenom #22 - I really value the brave work that Al Ewing is doing with this series but I have felt a bit lost with the last few issues, some interesting covers here as it looks like Marvel is moving Barrends to the incentives, also worth noting that Dylan has a great Hellfire Gala variant, this is a character who so far doesn't seem to have any stock in this area W0rldtr33 #1 3rd Printing - a very cool series so far and with the colossal print run of previous printings this is probably one to get, I also like how each subsequent printing seems to become more and more pixelated and warped around the highlights which is also a nice extension to the story Weird Work #1 - Sounds so cool! Buzz book of the week? Initially the excitement for this started when the 1:25 was revealed (why, oh why didn't I get one when it was £30!!!) and has skyrocketed ever since. But it makes sense that this would spread to the standard cover, there's some serious hype with the Necroko character design which could push Marvel to create some space for them, it's also worth noting that the rabid fan-fare for Spider-Man Noir isn't going away and with the introduction of Venom-Noir here could we see a broadening of the world these two inhabit? Although the 1:25 is awesome, this standard cover has the perks of having all new Venoms right there on the cover; we've seen recently how Spider-Boy has captured the imagination of readers and collectors alike to the extent that Marvel have announced a solo series.
