Bore has some areas of light pitting but is very bright overall. Excel single shots were made by two companies...Iver Johnson and Crescent Arms. This barrel is only for the Excel made by Iver Johnson; not the Crescent made guns and also will not fit the standard Iver Johnson marked single shots. It has a letter prefix to the serial number. Selling as-is. Note: These old single shot barrels were hand fit to a receiver at the factory and may require fitting when put on another receiver.(Inv. #12103)
