Description: Up for sale is a nice FIXER example of the East German Exakta Varex IIB 35mm camera body by Ihagee. This 1963 camera was released as a high-end model in the Exakta/Exa line and features a number of advanced features for its day, including built-in self timer, shutter speeds from 12 seconds up to 1/1000, X-sync flash ports, and inner and outer-style Exakta bayonet flanges. Camera is in nice cosmetic condition with light handling wear, minor soiling, light cleaning marks to mirror. Leather is in good shape with minor peeling around edges. All knobs and levers turn easily, and self-timer, shutter advance, and mirror mechanism are all working.
