It is in VERY GOOD+ condition and leather bound!! The boards have minor surface wear with some edge and corner rubbing and a chip on the spine top!! The outer page edges are gold gilded!! The interior hinges are not split, and the binding is solid!! The interior is clean of any markings BUT the pages are age spotted as shown in the photos!! IF as the 19th Century English rhyme states, you want to present the bride with "Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue,", this EXTREMELY RARE book will fit the bill and make a truly unique gift!!
