These lamps were purchased as new-open box from the Federal Government. They appear to not have been used. Bulbs were still in unopened boxes when I received them. They have since been opened as I tested each lamp for operation. Portable – Lamp can be placed upon any hard surface or suspended, (with attached handles) to disinfect any unoccupied area.
