Trees Grow to 25-30 Tall, and Should be Spaced 15-20' Feet Apart. Zones 5-8Pear Germination:1) Soak seeds for 24 hours. Then soak them for 10 minutes in a 1 part bleach to 1 part water solution. Drain, and let them dry.2) Place seeds in a zip lock bag filled with moist peat moss. Place in the fridge for 90 days for cold stratification. Check seeds weekly to ensure the peat moss stays moist. Not wet, just moist.3) Remove seeds and soak them in water for 2 days.4) Plant in a well mixed seed starting mix, keeping the temperature at or above 70 degrees F.5) Germination will occur within 2-3 weeks.
