The top edge was at one time attached to a scrapbook page and was torn in an effort to remove the page. There are several small tears, some paper loss and a fold across the middle. Despite these flaws, this rare broadside will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
