Lay it flat on a sturdy, heat-resistant surface.Position the patch: Place your patch where you want it, with the embroidered side facing up.Protect the patch: Cover it with a thin cloth or cotton fabric. This stops the iron from directly touching the patch.Apply heat: Press the iron onto the patch with firm, even pressure for about 45 seconds—don’t move the iron around.Heat the back: Flip your garment inside out and press the iron on the back of the patch for another 30 seconds.Check if it’s stuck: Carefully lift a corner to see if it’s secure. If it’s not, press it again for a few more seconds.Let it set: Allow everything to cool down. Try not to touch the patch while it’s still warm. For the best results, wait 24 hours before washing to make sure it is properly in place.
