Description: Ernest Fiene (1894–1965) was a 20th-century American graphic artist who primarily worked in New York City and Woodstock, New York. Fiene was known primarily for his varied printed works, including lithographs and etchings. His notable work includes cityscapes, views of New York City in particular, landscapes and other figural art. An original color lithograph which measures around 14″ x 20″ with wide margins. Printed in 1965 by Atelier Desjobert, Paris. This is the artists last print, published in an edition of 116, including 22 proofs signed by the artist and 91 prints that were unsigned due to the death of the artist. They were published 3 1/2 years later signed by Adolf Dehn and Frederico Castellon. This is one of those 91 prints that were signed by Dehn and Castellon.
