Epiphyllum 'Satin Jewel' Rooted Cutting

Description: Epiphyllum 'Satin Jewel' A rewarding Wressey Cocke hybrid from 1979 that is both beautiful and floriferous. Long strands of thin and narrow leaves are ornamented with large, satiny floral jewels from mid May through early June. Each bloom is composed of many brilliant red, crinkled petals with a touch of purple. The flowers open wide and the shape and form come from the seed pod parent, 'Ruby Snowflake'. A cross of 'Ruby Snowflake' X 'Tassel', this classic is carefree, easy and reliable, and is great for beginners. This offering is for one well-rooted and established cutting, with new growth showing or beginning to show, in a 3 1/4" pot - similar to what may be seen in the photos. These are not full plants but, rather, smaller, well-rooted cuttings that are just beginning to show signs of new growth, or new growth is already developing. If you don't want to have to wait for a cutting to root, this will save you a few steps and time. The young plant you will receive is healthy and true to name (and may show a few nicks and dings).
