Description: Envelope celebrating the US fleet visiting the New York Fair in (I assume) 1939. The back postmarks are Haiti, 1939, but the postmark on front is indistinguishable. Envelope is well worn, as can be seen in photos. There is a small real-photo of the USS Mississippi on the obverse. A very interesting piece for the collector of such material.
