Each ship is hand built by master craftsmen using plank-on frame construction techniques that are still used today by actual ship builders. The model that you receive will feature beautiful hand stitched sails and a wide array of miniature details. There are wooden pulleys used to tighten the rigging system and a deck made out of real wooden planks. A cabin is located in the middle of the deck as well as an elongated boom that reaches from mast to stern. The Endeavour measures 24” L x 5” W x 31” H. This sailboat requires some assembly. It will arrive assembled, but with the mast, sails, and rigging folded down for ease of shipping. Every model is placed on a secure solid wooden base and features a brass nameplate for engraving.
