Description: Encyclopaedia Britannica 1970. This volume appears to have had an interesting history, having been a "Saint Paul's Parish Library" copy, as well as having been apparently at or near "Stratford" school in Macon, GA (based on a piece of paper stuck in volume 15 that I happened to find). I'd be interested to look into this further but don't have time. Anyway, it appears to be in fairly good condition, some slight wear on the covers. Some very slight soiling on the edges of some of the pages (visible when the books are closed). Handwritten library labels on the spines, put on with copious amounts of a clear adhesive. I haven't closely examined the interiors. A pleasant old(ish) book smell. No returns. Includes volumes 1-23 and index/atlas.
