A Returns Number and instructions for the return of products will be e-mailed to you. ALL items must be UNUSED,REPACKED CORRECTLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING & RESALEABLE. The cost of returning unwanted products will be at the customer's expense. The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend that the return of products is by pre-paid recorded delivery using Royal Mail or courier.
