Short, cap style sleeves and with a flattering scoop neck. Very comfortable, and a great year round piece- nice by itself or layered with a cardigan or jean jacket. Easy to dress up or down and coming from my smoke and pet free home. The bust measures 22 inches across and the waist measures 20 inches across.
