Description: Elite Works Limoges Pink Rose Yellow Flower Green Leaf & Gold Bowl C. 1900-1914 Nice antique French large footed porcelain bowl. Nicely decorated with a ring of pink roses and yellow flowers, and green leaves with gold gilt highlights, and gold gilding along the edge. With the same flowers in the center of the bowl. With gold gilt daubs to the fancy molded foot. Has the same ring of flowers along the outside of the bowl. Marked on the bottom Elite L France in green. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by Bawo & Dotter in Limoges France after 1900. Also marked Elite Works Limoges France in red. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Bawo & Dotter in Limoges France between 1900 and 1914. Has some wear to the gilding along the edge and a few usage marks to the inside of the bowl, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 10 inches wide x 4 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
